Acceptable Use Policy

How the substrate, software and resources may and may not be used.

1. Scope. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to any person or entity using AGRON Properties, software or substrate (the “Services”).

2. Lawful Use. You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law, regulation and contract.

3. Prohibited Activities. You will not (a) endanger people, infrastructure, wildlife or the environment; (b) violate the privacy or rights of others; (c) transmit malware, exploit code or unsolicited communications; (d) circumvent identity, authorization, policy or audit controls; (e) reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law; (f) interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (g) use the Services in connection with weapons of mass destruction, indiscriminate harm or unlawful surveillance.

4. Operational Conduct. Operators of autonomous systems integrated with AGRON must (a) maintain a documented safety case; (b) keep operator-in-the-loop oversight where required by law; (c) respect airspace and ground-space authorizations; (d) honor geofencing and altitude restrictions; (e) maintain a verifiable audit trail.

5. Reporting. Suspected violations should be reported to abuse@agron1.com.

6. Enforcement. AGRON may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access at its discretion. Material violations may be reported to law enforcement.
