3. Sources. We collect personal data (a) directly from you when you contact us, register, request a demo or upload material; (b) automatically through cookies and similar technologies; and (c) from third-party sources where lawful (e.g. enrichment providers, public records).

We process personal data to (a) operate, maintain and improve the Properties; (b) respond to requests; (c) deliver products and services under contract; (d) ensure security, prevent fraud and enforce policies; (e) comply with legal obligations; and (f) carry out lawful business activities, including direct communication.
5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK). We rely on (a) performance of a contract; (b) compliance with a legal obligation; (c) our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights; and (d) consent, where required.
6. Disclosure. We may disclose personal data to (a) service providers acting on our behalf under written agreements; (b) affiliates; (c) professional advisors; (d) authorities where required by law or legal process; and (e) acquirers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
7. International Transfers. Personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where required, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Retention. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Retention schedules are documented internally.

10. Security. AGRON maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, network segmentation, vulnerability management and audit logging. No system is impenetrable; we encourage you to use strong, unique credentials.
11. Children. The Properties are not directed to children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes. We will post any material changes to this Policy on the Properties and update the effective date.
